TownHall: A Trendy New American Eatery in Columbus

We had such an excellent experience. Our waitress, Autumn, was fantastic! She was patient with us as we were first time visitors and also added a to go order at the end of our dine in. The food was amazing and we are eternally grateful for the values that Townhall and Rebol have!! So nice to have a safe place to dine out!

Went here twice while in town. We had Katy as a server and she was fantastic. Ensured we felt welcomed and had a great time. The old fashioned are amazing and the burger with sweet potato fries were pretty good. Would absolutely come back again

As someone who prioritizes eating healthier but also loves tasty food that won’t break my bank, Townhall is hands down my favorite place to eat out in Columbus. The environment of the store is modern, cool and the servers are polite. I’ve been here for several birthday dinners including my own and will be here again for sure. They provide free dessert on your birthday as well just let them know! I’ve tried a handful of dishes here but my favorites are definitely the Bangkok Bazar or the Thai Chicken/Tofu Bowl. For sweet treats, their Pumpkin Cheesecake and keto ice cream swirl are phenomenal. Their strawberry skin renewal smoothie is delicious as well and I get the chicken bone broth whenever I’m feeling sick - my friends get them now and claims it helps them feel less congested too. Words cannot describe how much I love this place and their food, just try it out of you’re a health freak or just want some yummy food that doesn’t make you feel gross after. They also have a wide variety so there is something for everyone.

GREAT accomodations on the menu for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Keto, and Paleo. The Gluten free was "crazy good" according to my teenage daughter who struggles to find good GF food. And the kicker? The prices are rational for the location and options. New favorite spot when we're in Columbus. Addy was a phenomenal waitress that balanced checking in and not being overbearing well, and was very nice and explained the extensive options in a kind way

I love having organic and conscious food options, especially when it tastes this good! I chose the VeggieBurger 2.0, which is made with black beans and beets. The blackberry catsup was EXCELLENT. Inadded guacamole which was a superior move. Sweet potatoes fries with the bang bang sauce were delightful. The fries were melty and airy and overall a great experience to eat. We tried the blend juice, hibiscus limeade and the lavendar lemonade and they were all very pleasing. The lavendar lemonade won all of our pallets by a little bit. I live far from Columbus but will eat here any time I'm nearby. Grateful for restaurants like these!

What truly elevated my visit was the exceptional service from my bartender, Emmy. From the moment I sat at the bar, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She walked me through the drink menu, highlighted Townhall’s custom cocktails, and even suggested food pairings based on my preferences. As the evening progressed, Emmy’s personal touch made it hard to leave. She engaged in friendly conversation, shared stories, and made me feel like a valued guest—all while staying prompt, attentive, and effortlessly relaxed. The final highlight for me was the management oversight from Haley. Her presence on the floor was noticeable in the best way—attentive, composed, and clearly invested in creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest. It was evident that her leadership contributed to the warm, well-orchestrated environment that made the night so memorable. Overall, Townhall exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend this place enough for both the fantastic food and the stellar service. Do yourself a favor and visit Townhall; you won’t be disappointed!

TownHall is my absolute favorite place to go. The vibes are always great, the food is amazing, and everything is made with clean, high-quality ingredients. I love how inclusive they are with dietary needs, it’s one of the few places I can eat confidently and feel good afterward!

I ordered the steak and eggs, which were cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and flavorful, and pairing it with the sweet potato made it even better — such a nice twist on the classic brunch dish. The last time I visited, I tried the butter cake, and it was absolutely phenomenal — rich, warm, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of dessert that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to come back just for that alone. Overall, Townhall has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in Columbus. The food, atmosphere, and service all make for a top-notch dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Short North — you won’t be disappointed!
